What is the difference between gets() and getch()

gets() accepts a line of string..
getch() accept just single character..

Both are included in conio.h which is non-standard deprecsted library.

Prefered to use, fgets() instead of gets() and getchar() instead of getch()..

For one you enter "gets()" into a search engine, for the other "getch()".
