I need to understand clearly about programming

Hi there..

Is there's a programming language for all systems? (iPhone Android... etc)

um after writing the code..how can I run it and see it in (2D)?

Is it hard to make the app that we code connected to internet?

i don't know about iPhone, but java would be your best choice, I guess. its platform independent, so your program will run on Windows, Mac and Linux. for android you'll need Android studio. iOS apps are written in swift.
