'a' ascii value is 97
'A' ascii value is 65

97-65=32
So logically :
If you add 32 to a capital letter, you get ascii value of it's small letter.
Similarly, if you subtract 32 to a small letter ascii value, you will get ascii value of it's Capital letter.
