How FIX à EOF when reading the line error please

Question

So , imagine i have two input like this :
Age = int(input())
Name = str(input())
Error=eof when reading the line. How can i fix it ?please show me an exemple...

Supply all the inputs at once. When prompted, enter both inputs:
