i mean i just noob here.i want to know is sololearn enough or not.it will tell us networking too?

SoloLearn teaches the basics. the Q&A helps to get further knowledge. but to become a professional programmer you need years of learning. find books on the topics you're interested in, watch tutorial videos on YouTube, read StackOverflow and so on.
