Guys, how do i find whether a string contains consecutive same characters in python using regex.

Question

Consider a string s="fooo&baar". It has consecutive same char. (ie. "o" is repeated thrice and "a" is repeated twice" so i want it to print true. Please don't give me an answer, if it's not using regex.
