Test case verification of Data Science code project

I have written a python programme for Code Project (Data Science - Average of Rows) of data science course (lesson 8). Everything seems correct but 2 of test cases got fail. Anyone can explain why? Thanks in advance.

According to the task description, we are supposed to round the result to the second decimal.

Hint:
Numpy arrays have a round method.
