Most websites are similar, they all have the basic HTML structure. If you can make one website then you will know how to make many.
The difference comes in the styles.
You may learn from any how to make a website video. And apply what you learned to creating the website of your choice.
You can visit any site and use dev tools if your browser supports it. Select the CSS overview to see the color template used font info and media queries.
You can use a web developer browser extension to remove all styles from the website to see the structure.
Basically create the sections that you want for your site. No need to feel overwhelmed by looking at the entire website.
