How long do you think I should practice html and css before I can get used to it?

I just completed the html course and I'm half way through css but I'm still not good at styling with css. I don't wanna quit learning we development but I'm still curious about learning my first programming language (JavaScript).I don't know if I can do this... 🥺

Don't learn css at next level try to learn javascript then try to do some open project in youtube.
Then after getting used to project you will know exactly how to use css
