Abdulrazaq Ossayan I read Yaroslav Vernigora sources, and they are quite clear on the 3 questions. I recommend the IBM article the most - I found it more complete and focused than the others.
And, obvioulsy, they explain better than I could.
Go into the IBM article, read it calmly, and feel free to bring back here - specifically - whatever you couldn't understand.
