Will machine learning, data science, python data structure, python for Finance courses remain in Sololearn new version?

I have already started machine learning, data science, python for Finance courses. Sololearn notified me that the old version of Sololearn will be removed after two weeks. Will the courses mentioned above be lost with updating ? Please let me know.

There are 10 days left. On 18 April the previous courses will be removed from sololearn. If you want to complete these courses and get certificates then you should complete those courses in these 10 days because after 10 days these courses will be removed but the certificates will still remain in your profile.

Aly I am also disappointed. There is no enough time in hand. I can't understand whether I continue with my pending courses in old version or not. There is a low probability of completing my pending courses due to lack of time. I am in a fix now. >>> Absolutely 💯 Dipanita Saha. Agree with your above comment. I have many pending courses to complete. Neither am I upgrading courses now, nor I am going to complete before April 18th. Whatever is it. Will fresh start with upgraded once after 18th. Though there are couple of courses that are not in upgrade list. Plan is to learn those meanwhile.

Here is the email from April 5: Hi Brian!  We noticed you’re still enrolled in at least one old course with limited features.  Let's fix that! In 2 weeks, those old versions will go on permanent vacation 🍹 and we'll upgrade you, free of charge, to our best courses, with up to 85% practical exercises, in faster, bite-size lessons!  You don't have to wait! You can already start (and even finish, if you're quick enough):  [link]Jump to best courses  Don't worry, you’ll still keep your Streak, certificates, XP, Bits, Hearts and all your saved code.  [link]Already made a lot of progress?  Amazing! If you're up to the challenge, you'll get to keep the certificate for any course you can finish in these 2 weeks.  [link]💪  Finish my course  (Then, with your skills, you'd be able to breeze through the new course too! Just an idea. 😉)

Hey Rob Newman - I was given no choice but to update- originally it let me choose not to delete the course, but the next time the app would not open at all unless I updated, then I opened the app and Python Core was gone and it redirected me to “the new course” which is really just the same EXACT python intermediate course. That disappointed me, i thought they were adding new / updated courses.

Aly here is the link for Python Core. It is still in my profile. I wonder if you might still be able to access it. https://www.sololearn.com/Course/Python/?ref=app

Unix Versions and Languages Unix versions 1, 2, and 3 are written in assembly language and the fourth version is written in C language. Detail With date. Unix version 1 was developed by Ken Thompson at Bell Labs in 1969. It was written in assembly language and designed for the PDP-7 computer. Unix version 2 was released in 1972, and it was also written in assembly language. It was designed for the PDP-11 computer and included new features like pipes, which allowed for communication between processes. Unix version 3 was released in 1973 and, like its predecessors, was also written in assembly language. It added support for the Inter-Process Communication (IPC) system and was designed for the PDP-11/40 computer. Unix version 4 was released in 1973 and was a significant milestone in the development of Unix. It was the first version to be written in the C programming language, which allowed for more portability and easier maintenance of the codebase. It was also designed for the PDP-11/45 computer.

Brian or anyone else. Could you post the text of that email here? Does it say what are the exact courses to be retired? I didn't receive such email.

Rob Newman > I do that name mention with > @name but sololearn has a bug > for me and never works for... After typing the @-sign and a couple of letters, do you select the person who you want to mention, and does their name become bold in your input field?
