I believe you can add any project based on the business need. Which ever company you are applying for and based on their requirement, you can align your project.

Just to keep in mind, whichever project you add -> make sure you share your project insight on how your project helps the company.

It's kinda you working on the strategy of "What, Who, How & Why - that aligns with company."

The projects you are including employers may see from their angle. Like for eg., employers want to see what results you’ve got to shares with your skills so they can see how you might drive results for them.
