does not have main method java netbeans

I downloaded someone else's project and got that error
I've followed the tutorial on Google but still get an error
How to solve it? Is it a database problem? Or is it a problem with NetBeans?

Can you see the main method in one of the files?

Maybe the Java version of the project is not supported by the Netbeans. If that is the case, updating your IDE will help
