Streak ended automatically

Why did my streak end at 43 yesterday even though I completed a lesson?

You should email [e-mail] or go to hamburger menu => feedback with the details of what happened.

I was looking for a feedback link but couldn't find it. I don't even see the hamburger menu (iOS 16.6.1). I'm writing an email. Thanks!

Hello. I had the same issue yesterday. As usual I finished the lesson on Android 10 device and today I have 1 day streak instead of 1689 days(. I wrote to the [e-mail], but no one answered me.
Did you get a response from Sololearn?
