Practice Project Error Oops

Im trying to commit the changes of a practice project on the pc web version of sololearn and every time I keep getting the "Oops error! Sorry! It seems something went wrong on our end!"? How do I fix this or is it a bug

Sounds like something isn't working right. Try it again in a few minutes. Maybe clearing your cache might help.

If you try it later and it still doesn't work, can you send the problem with some screenshots to [e-mail]?
