Practice Project Oops Error

Question

Im trying to commit the changes of a practice project on the pc web version of sololearn and every time I keep getting the "Oops error! Sorry! It seems something went wrong on our end!"? How do I fix this or is it a bug. Ive tried clearing cache etc. Its been doing this for days

*edit: Judging by the comments looks like lots of other people are having this error occur when trying to submit their projects, for months. Guess sololearn don't care or are ignoring the issues

You can try it on mobile to see if it works.
Without saying which course and project, no one can take a look on it.

Ive tried it on mobile and it's the exact same. It was the coding foundations course and it seems to be just about every practice project.

I didn't enrolled in that course so cannot make comments.
