Why suddenly my hearts are refilling slowly?

Yesterday I noticed that I have 5 hearts. I thought it may be an upgrade. but my hearts are refilling slowly. it takes 5 hours to refill 1 heart which should be refill all of them. Can anyone tell me what is happening and what can I do?

The 5 hearts are the default number. You start with 3 but have two more slots.

The slow time is perfectly normal.

but when I had 3 heart it took 5 hours to get full
but now it takes 5 hours to get 1 heart
