Is this app good enough to score 95+ in 11 or 12th cbse board python language

The app itself will not score any points on the exam. How well you do yourself, only depends on you. Sololearn lessons can get you through the most basic language concepts of Python. But there are no advanced courses here which would help designing complete applications with database integration.
However, there are many experienced people using the app and answering questions on the forum. So if you do have a specific question regarding a project, you might find someone who can get you through some hurdles.
But you should not rely on Sololearn alone, to ace your exam.
Disclaimer: I have no idea what are the actual qualification requirements for these exams, you can compare with the SL course content to figure out the overlap and the gaps.

well i am in cbse std 11th, and i could tell you this app... helps. or atleast the old python course did. not sure abt the new one.
