And what kind of app do you have in mind?
If you want to build mobile apps, you better pick a different language, because Python is not really the top choice in this area.

And finally, building a complete app may require more than learning a single language. You will need to learn a bunch of additional technologies such as databases, version control, cloud infrastructure, and even soft skills like teamwork and English communication.
