Which programming language is best for Back-end ?

This is like asking, which kind of pot is best for cooking food?
"Back-end" can cover a wide range of activities, basically every type of web applications and APIs.
And there are many, many programming languages which are used for back-end development.
Some of them are more popular than others.
Some of them are better suited to specific tasks than others.
Some of them are easier to learn, or simpler to use in specific scenarios.

But there is no single "BEST" language. If there were, everybody would be using just that. :)
