Hearts are not refilled after 24h

Question

Haven’t opened this app for awhile and started at only 3 hearts. I’ve been waiting since yesterday to replenish all my hearts but nothing happened…What should I do?

Check whether updating the app helps. If not, send an email to sololearn support, [e-mail], and describe the problem.

In my first experiment I intentionally lost one heart of the three available. It replenished only the one heart. Two of the five hearts are still grayed out and the timer indicates that it is done.

Next I will try all three hearts.

I had this issue too, but I intentionally lost one heart, and after 15 hours I had 5 hearts 🙂

I have 5 hearts. I didn't buy the extra two with bits, but I did buy 3 hearts sometime prior to the switch to 5.

Maybe if you intentionally lose all 3 before going to sleep, it will force a refresh and refill 5 overnight. Dunno.

If you lose 3 hearts and replenish them with bits, you got 5 hearts instantly.

Finally, after losing all three hearts, five hearts got replenished. I missed seeing exactly when it happened. Maybe it was after 5 hours or maybe sometime later, within about 15 hours.

Tuong Vi Kieu have you had any success getting your hearts replenished?

Brian yes! I also intentionally lost all my hearts and now I got all 5 of them back! Thank you everyone for your help:)

There are many way dear....

U should update app
U can go to settings and ask for help
U can build atleast 60bit so that u can get all hearts faster

Brian, the timer doesn't show correctly set your own timer and check whether one heart will be refilled after 5 hours or not. It works correctly

Tuong Vi Kieu me too. I have had only 3 hearts forever, even though Sololearn added slots for two more. I assumed that you have to buy the extra hearts with bits, but I could be wrong.
