Is this a Sololearn Projects bug?

This seems weird, but I never paid attention to Projects before, so before I report it to Sololearn, I'd like to ask others if it's supposed to work this way.

On the Android app,
in my Profile,
I scroll down and tap SEE ACTIVITY,
then SHOW MORE.

In the Projects section are listed 61 github pages by other people, some in a language Sololearn doesn't support (HCL).

Why are they there? Are they offerings of Projects for me to join? Why those particular 61?

I thought my profile would only contain my personal information, meaning that the Projects section should remain empty until I add to it, which makes it look like a bug to me.

I've already searched Q&A Discussions unsuccessfully for info on this.
