Lost 5 hearts on this question [BUG]

I lost 5 hearts on this AI generated question, I picked all 3 options twice until it finally decided to accept the correct answer. I made sure to click a different one because the options are shuffled, but I think that's where the bug lay... this is really annoying.. I'd like to get my bits back..
