Is there any option by which we can message or can chat with each other coz I've received a message that sombody have send me message request here on this app.

In sololearn, direct messenger or personal chat is only enabled for users that have been actively learning & interacting positively with the community. After a certain period of time while you grow your level, it will be available to you.

People ask that all the time. I asked when was new. I even emailed Sololearn suggesting that they explain it better, but they just emailed back a boilerplate response with no information and no acknowledgement that it confuses people, so I guess we're stuck with it.

The general hearsay passed around between users is that it automatically kicks in at after 21 days. I wasn't counting when mine kicked in.
