Disabled close button?

I noticed that the close button for the ads doesn't totally work. It wasn't like this before. I always have to, annoyingly, exit the app just to start anew. I already reported this issue a few days ago. I'm just curious if it's just my phone or you guys experience the same thing?

Pat Make sure the app is updated and if you continue experiencing issues send an email to [e-mail]. That is the best way to report an issue.

Oh, that's unfortunate. Even Youtube and other sites/apps infested with ads have close button that works.
