I have completed Java & C# intro and intermediate, but I cannot find a third level. Is there a third level?

I think the idea is that from now on you have the knowledge to begin to "specialise" your learning. You should be able to write kind of complex programs and look up the information you need in the official docs of the language or elsewhere online.
With that you practise and improve and repeat.

The forum and code playground are goldmines of information, resources and links.
