Where these strangers question you? in SoloLearn chat? Nearly nothing any of us from community could do if this was out of SoloLearn. 1. Never ever reply personally identifiable questions. 2. In case this happens in SoloLearn, take note of their profile IDs, and block them instantly. 3. Take screenshots of the chat when things begin to feel strange or uncomfortable. 4. Send the profile IDs along with screenshots to admins info@sololearn.com. They will take care of the rest given solid proofs.

Hey. You're always in control when you get a new DM on Sololearn. If you don't like what you see, feel free to hit that deny button. And if they're being shady, go ahead and report and block them. No one who works for Sololearn will ever ask you for personal info.

you need to check out who and where massage you, some people work in sololearn and want personal information, but some peaple are the hacker who want your account and when someone askes his or her name, he/she told your name not his/her real name please be careful about this problem, you can report him and if he/she is a hacker, sololearn will ban him/her

Avoid responding to these messages. Engaging with them may encourage further contact. And also you can use the blocking features on your messaging if its the case to prevent the senders from contacting you further. If the messages continue or escalate to threats, contact your local law enforcement for assistance.

You should ignore em, it doesn't matter whether they are asking you abt your personal info as long as you don't reply to them, getting unknown dms on social platforms is so common especially for girls, you can just deny the request or block them.
