html: gives the structure
css: gives the style

maybe you need both of these.

the best way is to create your own, but you have a great solutions for free.
for instance you can find:
- bootstrap templates
- tailwind templates
- "pure" css templates

so, then you just need to modify a bit and to add the interactions...
