Question

Can anybody develop an app that plays music directly from sheet music, similar to an audiobook but for musical compositions. The app should be able to read electronic sheet music or sheet music from a photo and play it back, allowing users to hear how the music will sound in advance.

Yes, it's possible. To develop such an app, you would need to train a model to recognize notes, dynamics, and tempo from electronic or photographed sheet music. Then it can be converted into sound using a MIDI synthesizer or samples. Technologies like machine learning and optical music recognition (OMR) are used. To implement this, knowledge in computer vision, music theory, and audio processing is required.

I just have an idea, but I don’t know how to implement it and who to contact, because I’m completely new to programming. This was a purely rhetorical question to understand where to start. So thanks for the answers, it was helpful))
