How do challenges gain in complexity: individual language, or overall experience?

Do challenges gain in complexity in individual languages instead of with overall experience, and how does that effect the score, as well as those huge, pesky challenge point losses over time in an individual language?

From my humble point of view, overall experience is your answer.

Definitely each language is a paradigm that fits as a perfect tool for specific a requirement.

But, the entire concert is better if the whole orchest is aligned.
