Where can I code with HTML and CSS?

Hello, everyone What free IDE’s can I use to code html and other languages (not including Python) , besides VScode?

opensource, or open source: you can see it's code, and run/compile it yourself; you can modify it for yourself; after the modification you can suggest your improvement(s) to the developer(s); and so on.... search engine "knows" more

+1 for VSCodium! (since 2017 (?)) on windows notepad++ (!) apache netbeans eclipse fleet (from jetbrains) zed and so on....

why not VSCode? it's a decent ide. Just don't overload it with too much fluff. Or VSCodium, if you're anti-Microsoft. Sublime text is good,too. It's fast to start up and easy to use and extend. Zed, Vim or Neovim, if you're feeling adventurous.

I forgot to mention: geany bluefish notepad3 sublimetext is of course good and fast, but not opensource, and not really free; by the way: fleet is free, but not opensource
