Facebook Login is kind of super complex these days (Office Topic)

Question

I am unable to login to facebook, i recently added 2fa using google authenticator.
By mistake, I created 2 security codes for Facebook. One day I uninstalled facebook and now it's a huge disaster for me to login again.
I entered my username and password, next it was asking me to enter the passcode. I opened Google authenticator and i saw 2 Facebook codes are there.
I thought I could try both of them and one of them would be the correct code. See, here facebook failed me. Facebook is saying it's the wrong code.
I pissed off and I deleted both the codes from Google authenticator.
I tried one more thing it provides, that is document verification. Again, I thought the document could be a photo&pan card/aadhar card. No it's not, it is asking for a passbook or driving license and other documents which I don't have. This is ridiculous and it is way too much behaviour on facebook.
Now, I couldn't even login to my facebook account.

Due to the advanced capabilities of hackers and the number of people who try to break into Facebook, of course they are using the most advanced security. My company is also hacker-prone and we require 2FA to protect accounts. It is annoying. I’m sure you’ll find a way to get it fixed up.

Have you connected your Facebook account to IG?

If so then you can easily recover your account through IG

It's not allowing me to recover from Instagram either
