Learning c for beginners

Is it good to lean c as a beginner

That's up to you. C is a little harder to learn than some other languages. C was my first language and I used it for many years.

I think yes, but I learn Phiton how first language. I'll learn C twice or third.

It's 100% your choice. But in my opinion, C is harder than other languages. But once you learned it, learning other languages will be a lot easier.
So C is a great language to start, but you'll need some patience and hardwork to master it.
