CodingBat, http://codingbat.com has problem sets in Python and Java with automated tests to check your attempts against multiple inputs. The site is run by Nick Parlante, a CS lecturer at Stanford University. Another site to practise your skills is CodeAbbey, http://www.codeabbey.com/, run by Rodion Gorkovenko. Both don't have a lot of gamification, but at the end of the day, badges don't mean a lot, while knowledge does. The online learning branch of the Hasso-Plattner Insitute, https://open.hpi.de, offers a lot of courses with multiple choice tests, programming exercises, etc. Note that most courses are in German, but once in a while, you'll find courses in English too.
