What are the best tech stack for my startup

I’m excited about a new social media idea I’m working on that mixes the community vibe but really no ideas what tech stacks should use for my startup.

That sounds a bit ambitious. You would be better off to first learn some languages and then apply them as you need. What you are describing i.e.first having an idea and then learning the stack necessary, is unlikely that you will have the determination to learn everything and then after a few years implement your idea.
