How do full stack developers keep up with their stack?

Being a full stack developer means they have to master different technology stack. How do they do this? I mean it is hard enough to keep up with one stack. Let alone multiple ones.

A full stack developer must become master in all the stacks, front end, back end.
Study, practice, learn, read, code, refactor your code, improve It, code again. This through years, be pattience, and constant, you become a full stack developer.
