How is it possible to create a quality graphic video game using any programming languages

what programming languages do i need to learn to be able to create high quality graphics games and social media apps for iOS and android and why isn't Linux and Objective C+ on the list of languages here

recommended c++: it runs much faster then c# and is usable in ue4.

also, if you dont want to use a premade engine and make you own; opengl and directx are meant for visuals.
