I have submitted a quiz question in Java. I later realise that, answer I set was wrong. How can I rectify that?

I set an MCQ in quiz for Java. I selected a wrong option as an answer. How can I ractify it. And will my XP get decreased if my submission decline? This was first submission.

The thing about quizzes is that you can't withdraw them once they're submitted. You will have to submit another entry with the correct answer, and wait till your earlier submission is declined.
