Look at all those platinum ppl. At the minimum XP wnd there is platinum but at the maximum end there is no award, which is convincing that it is rhe limit to the XP you can get, so when you reach that point you can't gain XP. I used logic. Does it sound logical? Check Nikolay for instance.
