What other frameworks should be considered as course?

So i ran into an question about if ruby on rails should be a course. I was like: no, 'cause it ain't no language! But then I realised jQuery is an course, so why not ruby on rails, and why not more frameworks? Opinions?

Ruby on Rails is an interesting framework. It has influence in other languages and frameworks, indeed. Maybe cause is not a language no course in sololearn is needed

jquery is also no language but a framework for js, still it has an course..
