Why it is not correct when placing the mp4 option below the ogg??

The answer pattern is wrong!! The thing is, we can place the mp4 or ogg or any other format in any order in video element. So the answer pattern is wrong.. Please change it sololearn!!

Is probably not a problem of order, but if the browser does not recognize one format It try to play the other
