Python is easy for begginers for apps and games....and if you want to learn web development learn html/css and js

If you choose Python as your first language... chances are you will stick to it :)
But seriously, it really depends on what you want to do - each language was invented to be good at something and sufficiently okay at something else. My advise is try each of them, pick your specialization and then follow along your chosen path.

if you want to learn programming language, you can start with Python, it's so easy to learn compare to C/C++ but please don't waste your time with html, it's not a programming language.

You might want to start with JavaScript. It's simple and easy to learn.
