What more good, PHP or Html?

They are 2 different programming language for different purpose.
HTML is frontend
PHP is backend
you can't understand PHP without HTML
but you can understand HTML without PHP.
i say go for both.

html is client side and is not consider as a programming language while php is a server side language. html is about organizing how the content of the website is displayed and php provides the logic that powers the content html is displaying. So both can be used simultaneously and I think the comparison between them is groundless.

Like @Mei said, its better using both. Both need each other. its like blood (PHP) and the rest of the body(HTML). Both need each other.
