IDE fot pytgon

hi guys,does somebody good experience with an IDE for python?What would you recommend me? I was trying pyScript and notepad++ Are there something better with integrated debugger and so others functionalities?Thanks

currently windows but it would fine to be portable but it is not any restriction.
