Should the tutorials be reorganized?

Should the tutorials be reorganized to present the aspects shared by most languages (the basic stuff such as Conditions and Loops) in one 'Introduction tutorial' pointing at (a) the way these things work in all languages; and (b) the differences in syntax between the various languages?

Upon completing the tutorial for, say JS, one could start learrning C# without having to suffer the same basic explanations about i++ and Switch.

What about them who dont want to learn js...many people here learning specific language not all....and many are here for revision...so it would be difficult for them.
