What is the best software for c++ in for both mobile and pc?

I want to practice C++ in pc and mobile, but codeblocks isnt properly running for c++ code and for mobile i didnt find any software.

CppDroid is best for Android...
Search the Play Store

And in PC, nothing beats CodeBlocks in C++

codeblocks is difficult to install. but after some time i got it reinstalled and made 1 or 2 changes in settings and then it worked

i think reinstal and then settigs>compilor> reset defaults
