Is Python the future of programming?

What makes Python the most learned programming language? What makes it better than other languages and how wide applications has it got?

It is very simple language. It isn't fast but it is very powerful. Python's library of modules are very big, so you might find a lot of ready-to-go libraries that will make most part of job for you. It is used a lot by sientists in their computations because of it's features and it's simplicity.

Thats interesting, I didn't know that python is the most learned language. Its very popular because of its easy and clean syntax and its wide range of libraries and its a very powerful language. Its also quite simple to learn. Also, its used in lots of different things. I would not say that it is better then other languages because different languages are used for different purposes but it is for sure a very good programming language to know or learn. Is Python the future of programming? Maybe, I think it will for sure be around for years to come but if its the language of the future you just can't really tell. But as I said before its defiantly worth learning.

I would only guess since I am new in this business, but big data and data science modules and libraries make Python an extremely powerful and versatile tool for data handling. Most business intelligence and advanced data analytics, requiring machine learning and neural networks, use either Python or R and have embedded scripting possibilities.
