How do i code a truth or dare game? Please help!!!

Question

I want to code a truth or dare game, but have difficulties in writing the code line that will pick user rules and save them into the game and now generate them randomly upon a tap on truth and dare button respectively.

i tried running the code but i had a blank output

i understand this ***Get Stuff from an Array:
array_name[x]
NOTE: x should be a number, the index of the array the first value starts at 0 the second value is 1.. etc..***

but i dont know why the code isnt running
