Solve problems with it; other people's, your own, or make something up. In the process of "working out" how to tell a computer to produce the output you want to see, you have to learn what the language can do. The more interesting the problems you try to solve, the more vocabulary you are likely to need to learn, and at some point you'll have a command of the language.
Hopefully the SoloLearn course is working for you; it looks like you're still working on it.

Answer already in your question.
JUST LEARN.

Don't give up.
Can't get how somethin' works ?Try other source.
And other blahblahblah, people just need to hear for some damn reason.
Nobody will teach you or answer your questions when you will have problems on work or with your projects,at least fast.
Google is your number-one teacher and helper.
Learn how to use it.
Learn to progress by yourself and how to not depend from others exept your comp , references and google.
