What is a good learning path for Android? Books, Video, websites?
I have had some success with students with the Udacity free course "Android Development for Beginners" so maybe: **some Java **Udacity "Android Development for Beginners" free course. **resources at developer.android.com How would you recommend to learn Android?

so I think video ,and website is better
but yes books r always be first bcoz it have explanation also
and u can carry it anywhere

As per me, video is the best method to learn anything, be it Android. And this happens to be my choice because our mind tends to retain anything that has been visualised by it. So, the more you see, the more you grab. And retain of course!!

developers.android.com offers a detailed documentation for the framework as well as tutorials from your first app up to opengl and Bluetooth etc

Possibly the best book to learn Android: "The Busy Coder's Guide to Android Development" by Mark L. Murphy, well known at stackoverflow community (aka Commonsware) . I recommend it 100%
